Georgia Tech analytics practicum. A mixed-integer optimization system that decides which flights to cancel when an airline loses aircraft, weighing passengers, revenue, connecting traffic and market frequency against hard operational constraints.

Cuts a full day of manual planning to under 20 minutes for shortages of up to 20 aircraft.

Georgia Tech, data mining & statistical learning. Seven models benchmarked to recover two unknown deterministic functions: the mean and variance surfaces of a noisy response. Used grid-searched tuning under 5-fold cross-validation.

A radial-kernel SVM won on both targets, confirmed by a paired t-test rather than assumed from the lower error.

Georgia Tech team project. A tool that scores crime risk at every NYC subway station from 6.4M public records, combining HDBSCAN density clustering and SARIMA forecasting with weights each rider sets themselves.

Shipped as a live Tableau dashboard; offender demographics were deliberately left out.

Georgia Tech team project. Four classifiers compared across 70,000 patient records under Monte Carlo cross-validation to rank what actually predicts cardiovascular disease.

Systolic blood pressure and age dominate; self-reported lifestyle factors never reached significance. This negative result is worth reporting.

Georgia Tech simulation project. A discrete-event model of flu moving through a classroom of 21 children, built in Arena and replicated 100 times per scenario.

The output is a confidence interval on outbreak length rather than a single average. Runs from identical rules ranged from 5 days to 101 days.
